Women’s Mental Health @Ob/Gyn is a mental health service embedded within Columbia’s Obstetrics & Gynecology practices. With deep expertise in women’s mental health, we care for women across the life course, and have a special focus on stress, anxiety, and depression during pregnancy and the postpartum, as well as during fertility challenges and pregnancy loss. We also counsel women during menopause and its significant emotional and physical stressors. Any patient who is referred to us from Columbia’s Ob/Gyn department is welcome, regardless of gender identity.

Kiyanne Rivers, Practice Operations Supervisor for Women’s Mental Health @Ob/Gyn,
is a dedicated healthcare professional with longstanding ties to Columbia University and its OB/GYN Department (17 years as of January, 2025!). With extensive experience in healthcare administration, she plays a vital role in ensuring seamless access to mental health services for women throughout their reproductive journeys and across the lifespan. 

Claudia Roca, Division Administrator, Women’s Mental Health,
has been a member of the Columbia University community for over 25 years with 18 years spent in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Throughout her career, she has shown unwavering dedication to advancing women's healthcare, both in research and healthcare administration. Her work reflects a deep commitment to improving the well-being of women and making a meaningful impact in women’s lives.
