Bertha Campo, MD
Overview
Bertha Campo, MD is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and New York-Presbyterian Allen Hospital. Dr. Campo obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and went on to complete her medical school training at American University of the Caribbean school of medicine in St. Maarten. She completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY where she served as administrative chief resident in her final year and received the AAGL recognition of excellence in minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Campo is a native Spanish speaker who was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, FL. She is passionate about providing high quality care to immigrant and underserved populations and believes in empowering women's health through each stage of life by imparting education and improving health literacy.
