1 Train Service Changes: 1 Train Bypasses 168th St Subway Station
Here's what patients and visitors need to know about the 1 train service change at 168th Street

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology would like to advise patients and visitors that beginning on January 5, 2019, 1 trains will bypass the 168th Street subway station in both directions until early 2020, as the MTA is repairing the elevators that access the 1 train platform at this station. The A and C trains will continue to stop at 168th Street and existing MTA bus routes may be used to get to Columbia University Irving Medical Center and other nearby stops along the 1 line.
